Questions and Answers:  What to Put On Vision Boards

What should I put on my Vision Board? Anything that inspires or motivates you. The purpose of a vision board is to bring everything. Start by thinking of things in these areas. ( Relationships, Family, Career, Finances, Home, Travel, Health and Fitness, Travel, Personal Growth, Social Life, Education and maybe even Spirituality.) You don’t have to do all of them and they don’t have to be done the same way, just take a mental inventory of what you want each of those areas to look like.

Write them down! Handwriting your goals instead of typing them. There is something energetic about writing goals down. Then think about what you want on your vision board.

Remember what you focus on expands. You will be amazed at how things start happening once you set the intention for what you want and how you want to feel !!!

Adding affirmations and positive quotes as they put off good vibes. I always have a word of the year in the center of my board.  My word for 2024 will be PROGRESS. Seeing this in the center helps keep me on track.

I want to continue vacations with family and friends so there might be pictures or something to remind me of the places I might want to go this year. There might be pictures of money I’d like to make or books I want to read this year.

MATERIALS USED TO MAKE A VISION BOARD

You can use an artboard, construction board, wood, printer paper, or a bulletin board. it doesn’t matter what you use to make your board. Tanya Ricord told us this year she plans to make hers on an 8×10 sheet and laminate it because of travel. She will use it as her bookmark. Since I have no wall for a large board this year I am going to try this method. I like the idea and would not have thought of it.
