About The Designer
Angela Lee, a mother of 3 grew up in a country town as a country girl in Nebraska.
Angela had no fashion design background, in fact. she couldn’t even sew! But with her mother’s step-by-step thread-the-needle advice and her $20 sewing machine an idea was born.
Angela said that she even borrowed a book on how to patent products from her brother since she did not have any business background either.
Oh, Angela had been in the publication business. That’s when she got tired of carrying her big purse around all the time and came up with her original idea.
Once she had a product design she took her samples and idea to a fashion show. Set up her table and shockingly found that people loved her ideas. (she said she had to hide some samples because her zippers did not work !)
Thus her company was born. Cool right! She has been on travel magazines, Forbs, Good Morning America, and numerous other shows with her convertible
