Although I had the most loving and willing parents when I had my first child I was hundreds of miles away (And being an only child) it was frightening at times yet somehow I made it through. I have two outstanding grown children who I am very proud of. But looking back those days were hard since my husband traveled for work it was mostly up to me to care for the children. The hardest time was when the two 19 months apart were toddlers! Into everything, going to the grocery store with both, etc.
