What are a Few Types of Sports

We’ve already mentioned walking and weightlifting but what about other sports. We all love football, soccer, basketball, swimming, running, hockey, yoga, palates, fishing, boating, but then don’t forget about dance. Dancing is a great way to exercise that is often over looked. Dancing alone or with a partner or group. Line-dancing is definitely always a good fun activity. When my daughter was around 12 years of age and we were living in the Tennessee mountains she took up Clogging. She became an instructor by the age of 14. When we moved to Texas she wanted to continue her love of Clogging, so we started a team of Cloggers from our neighborhood. From 2-15 years of age. We performed all over the state in competitions. (we, yes we! Because of her age some parents wanted an adult to be with them and so I learned to Clog and danced with them) But then you might just be jumping up and down to music. Whether you are just a beginner or an experienced athlete staying active is the name of the game.

Oh and let’s not forget the cost of those uniforms and clothing from helments, bats, fishing rods, balls, rackets, exercise mats and the lists goes on and on, right ! No worries I have found a place where I can buy everything I need and still save money even on those dancing shoes.
