Step One: You Create your FREE Account. Who needs an account? Any cause or organization that needs to raise money to support its mission. When you started your Nonprofit Organization, you had a passion to do something positive, but needed the funds to make it happen. It all starts with creating your free account and getting a free auction website.
Step Two: Once you create your Account, you will get a call from your consultant, and they will walk you through the entire process from start to finish. There is no guesswork involved. People don’t want to spend a lot of time planning fundraising events when they really want to work on their mission! Our consultants know what to do and when to do the marketing and outreach. They teach you when and where to promote your auction based on their experience of working with 1000’s of auctions. They will work with you every step of the way!

Step Three: After you meet your consultant, they will help you choose your items for the auction. There are already over 100 items available to you that we supply, but you are encouraged to upload your own as well. An example, perhaps an autographed baseball or a trip to the local spa. The sky is really the limit in this case. Find these items from local businesses and friendly connections. You will want to dig into the items that come with the auction, because they are great products. Some examples of what you might find in the action are: vacations, experiences, sports memorabilia, household Items, food baskets, decor, tech items, and more!
Step Four: When it’s time to launch your auction. Tell all of your supporters that the time has come to register for your auction. Then they can be ready to place their bids on opening day. They already love your organization. Once they know the auction starts, they will bid on the items they want. And anxiously await the results as the bids go higher and higher.
How Are Payments Collected
Your Charity Auction will send you a check within 10 days of the close of the auction. This allows you to get on with your directives and needs. And we will be ready to do another one when you are ready!
