Drones of all prices are on the market these days. Big ones small ones, models all the way to pocket size. One of the most popular gift items for ages 7-55 years of age. (and maybe older). Do you have a drone? If not why not!
I remember when my son and son-in-law both bought their first drones. These small drones flew in the house until they crashed against the walls and broke into pieces. Then we advanced to what I would call the “middle” size and a lot higher cost drones, these landed in trees in the neighborhood, some recovered some not. Later of course, we advanced to the larger more even more expensive …and another and another. Like I said there are all types of drones and the cost varies. Onced hooked it seems you start small and go big !
My son who travels around the world as a National Referee for Trap and Skeet competitions with the best USA shooters loves to film the fields and shooters.
A drone, from the casual hobbyist to the experienced pro, is a useful addition to your equipment. They provide aerial photography for home use, making them a great asset for hobbyists.

So what do UAV and UAS mean? UAV stands for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle. So basically a UAV is essentially the same as a Drone – an aircraft without a human pilot actually aboard the aircraft flying it.
The aircraft is piloted remotely from the ground or can fly autonomously – navigated and maneuvered by a computer, without a need for human control or intervention. In aviation and in space, a (UAS) unpiloted aircraft or spacecraft. Another term for it is an “unmanned aerial vehicle,” or UAS.
Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), are a true game-changer in military operations. Many advantages over traditional warfare tactics On Earth, they are often used for military purposes because they don’t put a pilot’s life at risk in combat zones.
One of the main uses in the military is surveillance. Many are used for surveillance in different ways. These can range from very small to rather large, depending on the type of surveillance needed.
